SHIPPING POLICY
We ship based on package size and cost to save you.
Your package will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail with a tracking number.
We do not ship international at this time.

We ship via USPS. Please note that during high traffic times like the holidays we do our best to
ship with ample time above USPS guidelines to make sure your package arrives in time.
We cannot control what happens to your item(s) after they get into USPS hands.

If your item(s) fail to arrive, we will verify the address with you. We will replace your order but note
that we may ask for a different address.

Orders will shipped to one address only. At this time we cannot break up
orders and ship to individual addresses.
RETURN POLICY
Contact us! If your item is custom we cannot take returns
but if there is damage to your item we want to make it right!
If your item is non custom we will work with you to get you a new item or a refund.
If a non custom item arrives damaged or broken we will replace the item at no cost if that is
what you choose, if you choose a replacement we will send you a new one.
If the replacement arrives broken or damaged again we will refund the amount of the order.
All inquiries must be made within 5 days from date of receiving the item. If after 5 days we will
replace the item with a new one at half cost which is the customers responsibility.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is completed and shipped you will
receive a tracking number for your delivery.
